We would like to take this chance to specially thank Serena for her great work in helping us closing this house.

Serena's partnership has been PHENOMENAL.

Always thinking from our side - Serena always clearly, transparently, honestly tells us the advantages and concerns about any house, this has helped us make good decisions and brought us good clarity on what to look for.

Super Strong sense of responsibility - We were greatly impressed when we were not clear about the permits of the converted area, Serena immediately ran to the City department during non business hour (and somehow used her communication skills) to get it clarified. We wouldn't know this if not for Serena and this would have turned out to be a bad deal. We got a good deal thanks to her rigorousness. There are countless other examples such as - Keeping on pushing the seller agent to send us the photos, and pushing hard on moving things forward, trying very hard to get us a great deal, and so on. Overall we felt we can rely on Serena because of that she is always on our side and her strong responsibility.

Super fast response and always on time - ANY time, Serena replies to our msg/calls within 10 seconds, thanks to this, we were always clear about every step and got our questions/concerns/thoughts cleared very promptly. Serena also is always on time for our appointments.

Last but not least, we would also like to thank you Jeff for your helps on dealing with the seller agent, we can definitely see the challenges there from all these unreasonable and unclear requests. For example, you had clearly told the seller agent to stop accepting offers while our contract is going, you had pushed back multiple unfair addendums, etc. And thanks again to Serena for always being on top of these things and escalate to manager at the right times.
